"The more clients I train the more I realize that a majority of people, including myself, hate cardio. It's long, it's boring, and sometimes you're just to tired to do it with the intensity necessary to get results. "Sean O'Malley has outdone himself with his latest Cardio Coach™ CD workout. Much like his first CD, the Cardio Coach™ takes you through an aerobic workout, using any machine, so that you continually increase your level of fitness. You follow Sean's instructions through the 30 minute workout which takes you from steady state intervals up to high intensity intervals, one of the best ways to burn calories and increase endurance. The music is instrumental, funky and fun, and Sean's verbal cues keep you on track without distracting you from the workout. What I love is that there are 2 workouts--one guided by the Cardio Coach™ and one with just music, so you have a choice. Instructions for beginners are included. An excellent cardio workout!"

"Sean O'Malley and VO2 Maxed™ have done the fitness world a favor. Most of us can't afford one-on-one personal training every workout yet we all need the encouragement and guidance of a coach from time to time. Enter Cardio Coach™ CDs/MP3s- workout tunes with an added bonus! Everyone needs coaching periodically so this is a great CD to keep on standby for days when you feel lazy or unmotivated.

Fitness trainer Sean O'Malley provides audio instructions during a half hour or so of an interval cardio workout that can be adapted to any fitness level. I admit to being a little skeptical about how effective coaching could be from someone who wasn't able to "see" my response level but Sean's experience as a trainer held its own. Cardio can be a chore, but I found I worked harder because I felt someone was there with me and encouraging me at the perfect time to push myself harder.

Sean provides clear explanations throughout about how you should be feeling and encouraging you to push yourself. This is particularly valuable for beginners but is a good reminder for jaded gym rats. Once you get used to the timing and concept, you can go to an instrumental only version or simply mimic what you learn using your own music selections.

Compared to the coast of a personal trainer, these guided audio workouts are well worth their price. The only thing I would change is to see many future volumes that are set to contemporary genres of music and I hope that will only be a matter of time."
