with my new Lemond RevMaster Pro spin bike!!

I did CCV7 this morning and it rocked! I've had to reduce my TM running as it has been weaking havoc on my hips and I was getting bored with using just my elliptical so I broke the piggy bank and picked this up. What a great workout!

Judi, I've seen photos of your home gym and it's fabulous!! I wish I had room for one. We'd move in a heartbeat but we're sort of stuck here for now. The economy is so terrible here and property values have dropped quite a bit.

And if I ever make it to MN I definitely want fair food , a kettlebell session with Andrea Ducane, and a spin on that bike!!!

The state fair is the end of August and believe me, you will need a kettlebell session and spin on the bike after eating everything and anything on a stick

Oooooh Judi, I love your spin bike I am very VERY VERY jealous I have fallen in love with the spin bike at the gym and almost completely given up on my elliptical. How I would love a spin bike at home...

Thanks! I'm like a kid with a new toy Lucky for me there are 4 of us in the family and we all work out so it didn't take too much arm twisting. Everyone is using it now so it was definitely a good addition to our home gym.

Honestly, I think our generation appreciates it more. Oh, and we have a PP Saturday group there, too, and an "I LOVE Cardio Coach" group. Sean and Colleen are both on there. C'mon, woman! What are you waiting for!?

Funny you should mention this. The other day, DD offered to help me set up an account (not that I need help ) and I am planning to do it soon. I'll let you know when I get it done so I can join the CCPP & I CC groups. Are there any other groups from CC or Cathe that you would recommend?

BTW, there was a blurb on the local news the other day that FB is talking about charging monthly for the service starting possibly in April @ around $14. Have you heard anything about that? They were saying that if FB did that, people would just go back to myspace or other free social networking sites.

Whoa! No, I haven't heard anything about FB charging a monthly fee ! I'll have to wait and see, but I'll probably cancel my account if they start charging fees.

As for groups -- there are all sorts of group and fan pages for all your favorite fitness instructors. Seriously, just about everyone is on FB now. Sean and Cathe both have personal pages. Cathe also has a fan page (Sean has the group page). They both "friend" their fans on their personal pages. And of course, I would be your friend if you'll have me . Let me know when you set up your account and I'll PM you with my full name so you can find me.

P.S. even my kitty cat has a fan page. Seriously, he does, and he has 27 fans so far.

I have missed you too. I am walking on the TM and listening to CC (what else). I am able to do some intervals-hills and sprints but they are in no way anything that you all would consider taxing I am also doing some real light weight stuff for upper body. Still going to PT 3x/week. I will work 3 days next week for about 3 hour each day and then go to half days for a few more weeks. I'd love it if you restart the chinup check in. I don't know when I'll be trying to do those again but we can talk about other things How are you doing? I am still very jealous of your new bike
