Cardio Coach™ is a patented and unique "tool" designed with high intensity interval training (HIIT) to assist you during cardiovascular exercise. Set to specially scored music, Sean O'Malley, your Cardio Coach™ will guide, motivate and inspire you in a one-on-one environment where you set the pace. Cardio Coach™ is available as a digital download (MP3 files zipped into a compressed folder for easier downloading) or as a professionally packaged CD or CD-R.

Before you begin using Cardio Coach™, there are a few things you will need to do. First, Cardio Coach™ recommends that you get clearance from your health care provider. Second, you will need to go through the Quick Start Guide on the website to learn a few basic steps of getting started. You will also need headphones, a CD or MP3 player and some form of cardio activity (bikes, treadmills, any cardio machine or walking/running outdoors).

YES! Cardio Coach™ can be used while running or walking. To change up your different levels, you can get creative by changing your speed or incorporating upper body movements with hand weights.
This is completely dependent on you! The American College of Sports Medicine recommends that you exercise 3-5 days per week for 20-60 minutes of continual activity.
