While the Cardio Coach™ Guided Workouts are designed for anybody to use*, the following fitness levels are provided to help you better understand how the workouts will work best for you and your level of fitness. To continue with the Quick Start Guide, select (click) the category that best describes your current level of fitness.

If you have not exercised for 6 months to a year, consider yourself a beginner.
If you have been exercising (including AEROBIC EXERCISE) pretty consistently for 3-6 weeks at least 2-3 days per week, consider yourself Intermediate.
If you have been exercising consistently for the past 6 months 3-5 days per week (on average), consider yourself Advanced.
