Hi Coach, Just wanted to give you some feedback. I've been on a weight loss plan since May last year and was faced with losing around about 200 lbs. Towards the end of last year I purchased a number of your workouts and sort of toyed around with them while still watching my food intake. My records show that when I started, to get to my level 3 I was working at 3.2 kmph and worked up to 3.5 kmph. Since January of this year, I've used the services of an online personal trainer but have told him about my cardio coach workouts and asked him to work them into my program. I'm now doing circuits 3 days a week and your Volume 1 just about every day. more

Goodbye Kitty :(

(Saturday, April 26 2008) I met Kitty through Cardio Coach™ several years ago. She was one of my first customers. I just received an email from her husband with sad news.

The image to the left is the avatar Kitty used in the forums and is the only image I have to put a face to her name.

Kitty and I became close over the last year because we bonded during the time she received her chemo treatments. I didn't know we were bonding because she was listening to my voice via Cardio Coach™. Kitty, when healthy, used Cardio Coach™ on a regular basis but it was when she was destroying whatever piece of exercise equipment she was on. Now, she was using it to destroy cancer cells.

She wrote to me shortly after she was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer. Kitty was initially misdiagnosed by her doctor and by the time the cancer was discovered, she and her husband were told it was too late. For the past year, we stayed in touch and she fought what appeared to be an impossible battle but she was fighting with everything she had. When I returned home this evening, there was a little blue "1" sitting in my Kitty Outlook folder and I was excited that she wrote.

It was her husband letting me know that she had passed on Thursday of last week. As I sat here and read through some of our email correspondences over the last few years, I was reminded of how strong she really was. She was always upbeat and positive. I could tell the days when it was harder for her than others but she always made me smile. I will miss you Kitty.

Volume 8

Todd & Sean have begun working on Volume 8, the next installment of the Cardio Coach™ Workout Series and is due out in June '08.
